If you are not sure which
necklace size to choose, first decide where on your neck you prefer
to have the top of the necklace rest. Then if you have a tape measure,
measure the distance around your neck at that point. If you don't
have a tape measure, find a piece of string and mark off the distance
around your neck. Then use a ruler to measure how many inches long
the marked off string section is.
Next, when making
the necklace length choice, choose the next smaller size on the
list. For example, if the measurement around your neck is 13 1/2,
choose 13 inches on the length list. That way, the final adjustment
can be made with the necklace extender chain for a perfect fit.
You don't want the necklace to be longer than your neck measurement,
as this will cause close fitting chokers to droop.
