A.) If you choose to return an item, you must have it postmarked
within 14 days from the day you received it. It does not need to
be back to us in 14 days, just postmarked. Please call or e-mail
first to let us know the return is coming: 1-800-208-6054, or 1-541-523-6637,
or lindarae_jewelry@yahoo.com
B.) If your wedding is in less than 14 days from when you received
it, the return or exchange must be postmarked prior to the wedding
date. After
the wedding date, jewelry will not be accepted for a refund
C.) Item(s) returned for a refund must be received in their original,
new condition.
D.) Jewelry and headpieces are delicate items that can be easily
damaged by repeated handling, therefore our product warranty does
not exceed 14 days. We will gladly replace any item that is defective,
but we must be notified within the 14 days. After the 14th day we
will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect
your items carefully upon receipt.
E.) Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund for
the purchase price. If the jewelry has a defect, the shipping charges
will be refunded, too. The credit back will be issued on the same
card used to charge your item.
You may send your return either by insured first class mail,
or insured Priority mail. Please include the original jewelry box(es)
in your return package. If you ship Priority mail, you can use the
Priority outer box the jewelry arrived in. First class mail will
probably cost less, but you must use a different box, or padded
envelope. If you choose a padded envelope, sending the jewelry in
the jewelry box is crucial to prevent the postal machines from crushing
the crystals.
