A.) If an item is just not right for you, or if it has a defect,
you may return it for a refund. You must have it postmarked within
10 days from the day you received it. It does not need to be back
to us in 10 days, just postmarked. Please call or e-mail first to
let us know the return is coming: 1-800-208-6054, or

B.) If your wedding is in less than 10 days from when you received
it, the return or exchange must be postmarked prior to the wedding
date. After
the wedding date, jewelry will not be accepted for a refund
C.) Item(s) returned for a refund must be received in their original,
new condition.
D.) Jewelry and headpieces are delicate items that can be easily
damaged by repeated handling, therefore our product warranty does
not exceed 10 days. We will gladly replace any item that is defective,
but we must be notified within the 10 days. After the 10th day we
will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect
your items carefully upon receipt.
E.) Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund for
the purchase price minus the $3.00 cost of shipping it to you. If
the item has a defect, there will be no deduction for the cost of
shipping it to you and we will reimburse you for the cost of first
class shipping to us.
You may send your return either by First Class mail, or Priority
mail. Please include the original jewelry box(es) wrapped in the
padding material in your return package. If you ship Priority mail,
you can use the Priority outer box provided by the post office.
For first class mail you can use a large manila envelope along with
the padding the jewelry box was wrapped in, or a cardboard box for
larger items. We strongly recommend sending the item with delivery
confirmation.
